1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ArabianEV, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts under UAE law to use this marketplace.
3. Listings
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of vehicle information, photos, pricing, and ownership status. ArabianEV reviews listings for quality but does not guarantee accuracy.
4. Prohibited content
No fraudulent listings, stolen vehicles, illegal modifications, harassment, spam, or content that violates UAE law. We may remove any listing at our discretion.
5. Payments & refunds
Premium package fees include 5% UAE VAT and are non-refundable once a listing is published. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for service failures.
6. Liability
ArabianEV is a marketplace and is not party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for the condition, legality, or transfer of any vehicle. Always inspect a vehicle and verify documents before paying.
7. Intellectual property
All site content, branding, and software belong to ArabianEV. Listing photos remain owned by the seller, who grants us a licence to display them.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users. You can close your account from settings at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email or in-product banner.
